2019 was our first year venturing into the show ring. We attended three ADGA sanctioned dairy goat shows. We learned a lot and had a blast doing it. With each show we seemingly improved and that’s all we could really ask for. I could definitely say that we “caught the show bug” and can’t wait to attend more shows next year. Below is a list of the shows we attended and our placings at each.

More exciting news ... we had a great time at the ADGA sanctioned dairy goat show at the Northumberland County Fair.
Udder High Hope Sugar Magnolia: 1st place !(under 5 months)
Kyeema Ridge Sun Daze : 1st place ( 1-2year, not in milk) 🥇
Sun Daze ended up Jr. Champion 🏆 The judge loved her overall general appearance and length of body, also commenting on her high and wide escutcheon
Lady Walkers Grimaldi’s Muse: 2nd place 🥈
Muse was awarded Jr. Reserve Champion. 🎖 The Judge also commented on her beautiful general appearance and strength of front end, stating she is a “powerful doe”.
Udder High Hope CM Betsy Wetsy and Udder High Hope AF Honey Bee competed against each other in the senior 3 and under 5 year, in milk class.
Betsy placed 1st 🥇
Honey Bee placed 2nd 🥈
Both stayed in the ring to compete against each other and 4 others - Betsy ended up Sr Champion 🏆🏆🏆 and Honey Bee Sr Reserve Champion.
Betsy then went on to win Best of Breed ! 🏵✨🌟🔥💥
She went on to compete against 7 other standard breeds for best doe in show- sadly the Saanen won out. But we had a fantastic day and did exceptionally well. Couldn’t be more proud of all of our girls.
